About Us

Family law matters carry lasting consequences, and our firm is committed to providing clear, compassionate guidance and practical legal solutions during life’s most personal transitions. We believe effective advocacy often means resolving cases thoughtfully and amicably whenever possible—while remaining fully prepared to advocate in court when necessary.

Led by Courtney Hatchett, a Texas Board Certified Family Law attorney, our small practice offers focused experience, careful preparation, and personalized attention. Clients work directly with their attorney and paralegal, ensuring clarity, consistency, and trusted support from start to finish.

Our Services

Navigating family law issues can feel overwhelming. Our office is here to provide steady guidance through divorce, custody, support, and related matters—working to reduce conflict when possible and advocating firmly when necessary.

  • When a marriage comes to an end, the legal process can take many forms. Whether your case is negotiated, mediated, or litigated, we provide steady guidance and practical advocacy to help you move forward with clarity.

  • Also known as an uncontested divorce, an agreed divorce allows spouses to resolve all issues cooperatively. We help formalize your agreement and guide you through the court process efficiently and cost-effectively.

  • Domestic violence cases require careful, experienced handling. We represent clients seeking protective orders and work to ensure safety, stability, and legal protection for individuals and their children.

  • Custody orders define parental rights, responsibilities, and parenting time. We help clients navigate custody matters and develop arrangements that reflect their child’s best interests and unique needs.

  • Texas law provides guidelines for child support, but every family’s situation is different. We assist with establishing, enforcing, and modifying child support to reflect changing circumstances.
